Maltose is α- A disaccharide formed by connecting two glucose units with 1,4 glycosidic bonds, also known as malt disaccharide. According to the different mass fraction of maltose, maltose syrup can be divided into ordinary maltose syrup, high maltose syrup and ultra-high maltose syrup.
